We are insurance claim professionals, licensed to represent the policyholder. We will deal with the insurance company representative, arrange all meetings, assist you in the presentation of your claim in a manner that complies with the policy requirements and negotiate a proper settlement for you.

Why do I need CCI?

The policy is very complicated and confusing to the policyholder. Insurance companies offer to pay what is due you as they see it. We are experienced with how the policy language can be interpreted to your advantage. The insurance companies have their own trained representatives to handle their side of the claim and you need someone like us on your side. How exactly will CCI help you?
We will assist you in the preparation of inventories, estimates and other factual proofs of loss. We handle all necessary details of filing claims required by the terms of your insurance contract. In addition, we will arrange all conferences with the insurance company representatives and handle all matters essential to a proper and satisfactory adjustment. What types of claims do we handle? We can handle any type of property claim covered under the policy including, but not limited to; Fire, Lightning, Windstorm, Hurricane, Explosion, Vandalism, Smoke, Water, Theft, Vehicle damage, etc. Should I wait until the insurance company makes me an offer? If you are substantially underinsured and it is obvious you will obtain the limits of your policy, then, of course, you should wait. However, many people make a serious error by delaying the retainment of professional assistance because the insurance company will often take a different position if we are involved. In addition, you may consider an offer fair if you don’t have a clear understanding of the policy. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. They wrote it, do you think you understand it as well as they do? Sadly we have seen many people accept something less than a fair settlement because of the stress they are under and they just want to get the bad experience over with. Don’t put yourself in this position. Let us get you started on the right foot, bad settlements need not happen. Our Fee Our fee is a small percentage of the final settlement received from the insurance company. We are not paid until the money is collected from the insurance company. There is no “up front” fee.
